The use of PRP in aesthetics has grown world-wide and inspired the development of the unique take-home cosmetic formulation SoME® Skincare. SoME® Skincare is a rejuvenating topical skincare product that uses a proprietary blend of ingredients combined by your physician with your own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to give you a truly personalized cosmetic experience.
Platelet Rich Plasma Constituents
- Normal platelet count in human blood is 150,000-350,000/microliter.
- PRP is defined as concentrated platelets in a small volume of plasma that contain biomolecules such as growth factors, clotting factors, platelet derived exosomes, and other key rejuvenation factors.
- 7 Growth factors in PRP: platelet derived growth factors (PDGFaa, PDGFbb, PDGFab), transforming growth factors (TGF-b2, TGFb2), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and epithelial growth factor (EGF).
- Growth factors are found within a normal clot composed of fibrin, fibronectin, and vitronectin, which are cell adhesion molecules required for cell migration, as seen in wound healing.
The future of personalized skincare
SoME® Skincare + PRP is a skin rejuvenating treatment that uses all-natural ingredients to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, enhances skin tone and texture, discoloration, puffiness, and darkness around the eyes. What happens next is your stunningly beautiful skin is revealed for you and the world to see.
Until now, there has never been an autologous topical skincare product with proven results. SoME® Skincare + PRP uses the body’s own regenerative properties to stimulate natural collagen and elastin for visibly renewed firmness and luminosity. The cosmetic serum was formulated and rigorously tested by Aesthetics Biomedical® Inc. to ensure that when combined with an individual’s PRP, by your physician, the platelets are preserved for optimal effect upon use. SoME® Skincare proprietary base preserves platelet components allowing the product to remain efficacious over the course of three months.

Ret Peg Analysis
Rete peg analysis is a ratio of the stratum basale to the stratum granulosum.
The higher the ratio, the more rete pegs present. The red line traces the dermal epidermal junction. The wavier the line, the healthier the skin.
